U14 Training
Sunday:
Looks like the Wx has little snow for us, so we'll continue with plan A of SL training. Speed suits and full protection required. We'll be running some shorter courses and the top and a longer one from 5.0 toward the finish (same as Whistler Cup). Intensity will be up, so we'll keep the volume down with a full warm-up and prep and tearing the courses earlier than usual, approx 1:30 depending on energy levels. Make sure skis are sharp, the snow underneath is still very firm.
Early load available on weekends.
