We do not have hillspace for gate training Saturday.

Instead, we are going to do something we don't get to do often.  When we freeski, it's usually because we have to and the conditions are a mix of powder, soft and adverse weather.  Saturday, we are going to freeski within the alpine and treeline in conditions we aren't familiar with.  Hard and soft snow, good visibility and a chance to explore  We will learn to manage terrain at speed, looking ahead, go over some big-mountain tactics and techniques and maybe learn some new areas of the mountain.  

Blackcomb will likely be quieter than Whistler, so we'll meet the Rendezvous and 9am with FR skis.  There is no early load for tomorrow.  We will ski until 1:45-2pm tomorrow.  

Tune up your SL's now and have them ready to go for Sunday morning.
