U14 Training
SL training with a mix of tall gates, stubbies and panels.
You can wear regular training pants with your shin pads over top for warmth. It's another cold one, and to make sure your boots are completely dry, pull your liners out overnight. Hand warmers are recommended and/or toe warmers.
We'll meet at the Chic Pea at 9am. We will start the day with TFS and move into the courses after a lengthy warm-up and drills sessions. Make sure your skis are sharp as it's getting firm and we are not grooming overnight.
